Parent at school

Just looking for some advice really. We dd was verbally abused in the playground by another parent yesterday. My dd and her dd don't get on - some girls don't. The school are dealing with the incident and I am confident they will. However I have learnt that on the school trip a week last friday the parent was on the school bus with teachers, my dd and other children from her class slagging me off to other parents who helped on the trip. Does anyone think this is unacceptable, do i report it to the school and let them investigate it too or do I just have to accept this happens !! Feel it's the fact it happened at school that.
