I started a threads few weeks ago (can't find it on my phone) as I believed the LA handmade a mistake in calculating distance.

The LA have now accepted that a mistake was made, so we have been offered a place and appeal cancelled.
I just wanted to say thank you to the people who posted on my thread, and generally about admissions. I really doubt I would of checked the distance so carefully if it had not been for the threads I had read on here.

Here's the previous thread it's the one where the council had calculated the distance in a shortest-walking-route area without taking into account a well-used and sensible footpath.

Thanks all. The pedestrianised area had been like it is now for at least 10 years. So many children must of lost Out on places in that time.
