It was written independently about a school trip he went on recently. (Names changed but spelled correctly in his work). It was typed on the computer but the spelling and punctuation are exactly as he wrote it.
He decided to 'write it in the third person' he is 'Bob'
Our trip to The Country park
First penguin class excitedly got on the bus. there were 2 TVs and a sink on the bus. Bob sat next to his mum and Luke sat next to Bert.
Next when we arrived at the Country park we got into our group and put a sticker on and Bob’s sticker was red.
After we put our sticker on we all met a man called Craig and he took us into an AMAZZING classroom! The classroom had a blue cloth and some black mesh on the sealing with animals (which were nocturnal) hanging from the black mesh. It even had twinkling stars!
Then we went on a nature trail hunt. At the end of each trail there was a nocturnal animal. The animals were: a fox, bat, dormouse, hedgehog, owl and a badger. Bob was in groovy grass snakes they started on the fox.
When we all had done that we played a bat and moth game. What you have to do is choose one person to be the bat and another person to be the moth. The bat had a blindfold on and the moth didn’t. The bat said “bat” and the moth said “moth” then the bat had to try and catch the moth.
After that we had lunch and went into the children’s wood. In the children’s wood we had a load of activities. once we had done the activities we went back to school.
