Admissions line only open 3 hours a day. Normal?!

This is ridiculous - admissions line is only open 3 hours a day so a struggle to get through. No luck as yet and I have a job so cannot sit around while my boss wonders where I've gone

Is this normal!?

Pretty normal these days I'd say. Local authorities just don't have the money to pay all the staff they need.
