HELP PLEASE,my child's Head teacher has withdrawn my child from taking sats, can anyone tell me if the head is breaking the law doing this ,, thanks

Did the ht give a reason? Children do not sit the test for a particular subject if they are working below level 3 in that subject. The tests are only suitable for those working at level 3 and above.

There are a few other circumstances which will mean the child doesn't do the test, but they usually involve either severe disability OR a child newly arrived to the country with little or no English. I assume neither of these apply?
