Class bear in the news

this made me smile this morning.

'One teacher told the TES they had received the class bear diary with a photo caption, saying: "The bear wandered aimlessly around B&Q, looking at taps."'

I'm sure we can do better than that Wink.

Thanks mrz - I was wondering if we were the forum where parents had been reduced to tears by the class bear. Although I think usually tears of mirth.

There are a number of threads mostly saying how much parents hate the class bear!

Our class bear had his ear eaten by a dog!

The first thing you need to do is give the frikkin thing a wash.

nonicknameseemsavailable · 11/04/2014 20:10

we were told in no uncertain terms we were NOT to wash the bear/creature! and the ones we have had seem to always have felt as part of them so probably wouldn't do too well in the wash.

so I give them a good hefty spray of antibac cleaner instead.

the class bear has a wash and his clothes mended every time he visits, I suspect the teachers now send it home with DD every time its a bit smelly just so I'll clean it.

I love the fact that 3 different parents wrote in ours 'bear cams home but stayed in his bag as x showed no interest ' !!
