Marketing a workshop in primary schools- advice?

Can anyone help with some advice- teachers and parents?

I want to market a parent-coaching type workshop in several local schools. Would a poster to the Head teacher make it to the notice board so parents would see it, or would I be better off emailing heads, or sending a load of flyers? I haven't a big budget and want to know how best to get the word out there- it's connected with transfer to sec schools.

I would try getting the secondary schools to pay for it or promote it for you. We get sooooo much tut into our inboxes that I personally delete all flyers etc that come through
