What happens after Wales' Foundation Phase?

I have a dc in Yr2 who is coming to the end of Foundation Phase.

I was wondering if there was another set of 'Outcomes' or similar, that comes after that, like the ones specified in the Framework for Children's Learning for 3-7 year olds in Wales.

Just curious about what's expected of them in Juniors? Thanks

They go onto the national curriculum levels. Outcome 5 in Wales Foundation Phase will interpret to L2 NC level, and outcome 6 interprets to L3 NC level. They will then be expected to make 2 levels of progress by year 6.

Thanks LittleMissGreen - that clears things up. No wonder I couldn't find anything else about Outcomes! So it's the same as England from Yr3.

Yes, although England appear to be removing levels from September...

Oh. Does that mean Wales will be too?

Not as far as I'm aware
