What NC level is exceeding (year 2)?

We have just had dd's mid year report where it says their predicted level for the end of year 2. She is apparently set to exceed National Expectations but I am not sure what NC level that will make her. I know it is not important but I am very curious as she was a bit of a slow starter, but now seems to be coming into her own. Thanks.

What is her predicted level? Expected level is a 2B so exceeding that will be anything higher; 2A, 3C, 3B, 3A, 4C etc
