London - International Schools

Hi everyone. We are Australians, moving to London from Tokyo in July with our 7 and 5 year old. Our kids currently go to an International School here and we all really love it. We love the broad mix of families and the IB. We are considering international schools in London (partly because other schools seem so hard to get into!) but I am really struggling to find independent information about these schools. Is there some kind of news black out about them?!
Does anyone have any views on the International Community School, Southbank International School or International School of London.
Thanks in advance!

Hi OP.

It is worth looking at the blog "Londonpreprep" which has a section on international schools. In your position I would also get a copy of the Good Schools Guide. Would you consider the American School in London? Friends are very happy with it.

Hi,
London is a magnet for expats and every school here is a bit of an international school with kids coming from everywhere.

OP: are you specifically looking for a school which does IB programme throughout?

How long do you expect to be in London? Would a British school which has a strong track record with diverse nationalities and expat families (but essentially British curriculum) have any appeal to you?

You can use this website to search for a school and can specify the criteria you are looking for

Hope this is helpful
