On the other thread about levels someone mentioned the rory story cubes.

I have nothing to add except I thought it was very sweetly written.

Mine hasnt started to write yet, but when she does will keep some of it. so cute.

Darnsed for joi sounds chaucer esq?

These are the story cubes: www.amazon.co.uk/The-Creativity-Hub-Rorys-Story/dp/B003NFJMBM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385478655&sr=8-1&keywords=rory%20story%20cubes&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21

We have ordered for school to help some children with story ideas for independent writing, but also to use generally as a literacy game.

I have a set at home too - they nice and compact and I can fit them in my bag to use at school, but would be ideal for a little game for when traveeling, in a cafe, etc.

Lots of extensions for them too: www.amazon.co.uk/The-Creativity-Hub-Rorys-Story/dp/B003NFJMBM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1385478655&sr=8-1&keywords=rory%20story%20cubes&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
