Piece of independent writing, done by DD year 3, she struggled with writing during year 2, mostly with punctuation and joining up, but finished year2 on 2b, does this piece shows improvement?

The Brown Dog,
Today I will be discribing a brown dog.
This dog is sort of golden and brown, with floppy ears. He is sitting down and he is very tall, when I look it him closely his tail is bendy and curvey.
I have decorated my brown dog with some rubber bands and some beads.
I really like him, and I gave him a name, Richard.
My dog looks stuning and tall, who ever made him is very clever indeed.
I can not remember where he came from, I had him a long time, but I think my grandma got him for me.
Richard is a statchew(statue) and he is very hansome.
I keep Richard in my bedroom to keep him safe, he was in the sitting room before but our two cats kept nocking him down. I love this dog a lot and he decorates my room.
All spellings are her own, as well as punctuation, every word is joined up.
This task was set by the teacher and it is due on Monday.
