Hi,
I am currently struggling with deciding between these two schools for my DS. I was all prepared to dislike SP after reading the Ofsted report, but having visited the school today am now wondering if it is a better fit for my son than Parish. I know several people who have children at Parish but none at SP - I would love to hear from any parents who sent their child to SP in the past year and their feedback..

Thank you :-)

I am in the same predicament as you my youngest is due to start reception in September 2014, my eldest son went to Parish he is now at BJ's. Parish is now an academy linked with BJ's. Scotts park is appying for acadamy status with links to Ravensbourne. What my main concern with SP is the headteacher, not great reviews about her and her relationships with parents! Having said that a lot of parents seem to be not so keen on Parish as they previously were. confused!!!

A friend's children are at Parish and both of their years have a number of children with quite significantly disruptive behavioural issues (not sure if they have a diagnosed SEN).

She feels both her children's education is being disrupted by this (she is strongly of the opinion that it is the school that is to 'blame' for not managing the behaviour, rather than the children themselves)

Don't know anyone at SP
