The Hall School run from N19?

Hi there,

My son will be starting year 1 at The Hall NW3 in sept 2014 - we live in N19 and just wondered if anybody is doing a similar school run? Am expecting it to be horrendous but just wondered roughly how long it takes at that time of day? Anybody have any views on the school bus service? Looks like we'd have to drive him to the bus stop anyway and journey would be quite long.. Think we might wait until he's a bit older for that anyway. Also need to factor in dropping off his younger brother at a nursery (ideally en route - asking too much?!) Moving closer to NW3 not really an option at the moment!

Any views or tips much appreciated.

The school bus service is really a sanity saver (I'll admit bias because I am friendly with the person who set it up and she is a hero!). You won't find someone who will do both drops- nobody is that nice! Contact The Hall and they'll give you a list of people in your area to do a rota with.

Ha ha! I wasn't so much thinking that somebody else would drop him off, more that I might fortuitously find the perfect nursery for him which just happened to be on the school run - probably equally unlikely!

Thanks for your response - will most definitely look into the school bus and also contact The Hall. Thanks again!
