north bridge house commute

We are considering NBH for my DD. She is going to be 4 years old next year, starting next September to reception. Is the NBH school bus available for kids at the age of 4?

I should add that we don't live close enough to walk to school. I am wondering if other parents drive, use bus or tube or use the school bus for taking their DCs to school at this early age (4 years). Alternatively we would need to move closer to Hampstead which is quiet expensive per sqf.
