Hi,
I am looking into school options for DD who will be 4 in july 2016.
She is baptized and a catholic school would be a possibility as I am catholic myself.
The problem there's no really good catholic school around where we live. And the best choices would be in chelsea, which distance wise would be closer then the wandsworth options available. And much better for dropping off on the way to work!
Is it possible to get a place in a north of the river catholic school living south of the river ( basically different dioceses! )
Would attend the church associated with the aimed school help even if not living in chelsea and kensington parish?
Any recommendations on RC schools for a familiy based around battersea park?
Thanks!!

You can apply to whichever school you like, but you need to check the entrance criteria to see if you are likely to get in. Do the Chelsea ones for example prioritise particular parishes, and what is your distance from the school? Borough boundaries are not relevant in themselves; it all comes down to whether there are priority areas (eg parish/diocese) and how far away you are, and what exactly is on the Supplementary Information Form (date of Baptism, frequency of attendance).

Your Parish Priest (where you live or where you worship) will fill in the SIF.
