We're considering introducing a 50:50 club at primary school, i'm wondering whether we need to register it in some way as it could be classed as gambling? Or do we just say for over 18's?
Only a small school (circa 130 pupils) so thinking of 3 prizes a year, one per term. Does anyone have any experience of the best way of collecting the contributions - direct debit, single payment etc? Are there any pitfalls to avoid? What do you do if someone ceases to contribute mid-term?
