Anybody get FSM's for their children and know how to use Parentpay?

Our school has just launched parentpay as a way to order meals and pay ect... It's all pretty straightforward- unless you are on FSM's. I make my selection and press the checkout button and then it says basket is empty. Is that because I'm on FSM's or because its not going through??

Wish they hadn't switched over.. was so much simpler before...

Anyone know how to tell if a booking has gone through?

Not FSM but use ParentPay.... I guess the FSM shows as a credit on your account so when you checkout it just uses it up. If you look in "menus and choices" is it showing your choices? (with green tick if taken and red cross if not? and then if you look on homepage does it say you have any money owing?

I got the green boxes with the ticks, but when I go to the checkout to finalise it says basket is empty. parentpay said school is recieving orders, so who knows lol, will go into office tomorrow and ask them.

Thanks for the help! Grin
