Just spent ages trying to log on for the first time
For some reason it wouldn't recognise my name
I tried lower case, I tried caps lock, I tried a capital at the start of my surname -none of which were recognised
I then tried my child's surname and low and behold it signs me in with a welcome message 'hello mr child's father'
My dcs dad sees them 2 days a month at a push, has never had any contact with school and certainly wouldn't attend parents evening
Now I'm mildly annoyed but I can imagine that some people would be very annoyed
Is 2 names beyond the systems capabilities?
