My dd in Y6 has some homework involving root words and I am struggling with some of it - what is the root word of united? uni unit or something else?? thanks

sorry should have put unite as well , dd thinks all 3 - she has no idea!!, she came up with all 3 suggestions but was guessing and thin k we all got confused in the process!!! thanks
