Does your PTA claim Gift Aid?

I want to sort out our PTA's Gift Aid situation. It all seems quite straightforward but we don't do any sponsored events at the moment so we'll only really benefit from takings from non-uniform days. I am sure with some lateral thinking we might increase what we can claim for.

How does your PTA get round this?

you need to download a gift aid donation form and fill it in (I can't link)

Thanks but you can only claim Gift Aid on donations rather than goods or services received and I am trying to find out if there are ways of changing the way we operate events to take this into account.
