Yes.

But not all preps offer them. Yu'll need to enquire at every school you are interested in.

You would need to contact each school, bursaries are means tested and vary hugely between schools, you also need to fill in forms and provide evidemce of income. For example ds currently on 75% bursary, school up the road only offers bursaries a maximum of 15%
