Rowan (Claygate) 7+ entry requirements

Does anyone know about entry in Y3 for Rowan?
How many girls do they normally take and is it really competitive/oversubscribed?
Dd is at a local state primary, doing well but not spectacularly (not top of the class or anything) and I'm not minded to tutor etc so is Rowan admission a possibility?
What is the 7+ process like - is it a nice day where they are observed/asked to do some lowkey testing stuff or is it sitting formal "exam style" papers? Is tutoring essential - is it just maths and literacy or is there a reasoning element too?

I should have said - dd just gone into Y2, so I think whatever admission process there is would be this coming Jan for Sept 14 start - too short a timeframe to prepare do you think?
