Anyone know which out of Kings Park primary and St Clements is the better school? I have to chose between them for my daughter for next year. Hettie

I think it is down to personal choice. Pokesdown is the best state one in the area but obviously there are Church schools as well (Corpus Christi - Catholic and St James - CofE). Kings Park I believe now has good facilities and I think is improving although its reputation locally isn't great from what people say. St Clements I know very little about - Used to be Bethany and St Clements I think. They are probably pretty much similar to be honest. As with any school it depends hugely on individual teachers and classmates whether a child will have a good experience at a school or not. I think the only way you can make a decision is to go and see them and choose which feels best for your child. Presumably only one is your actual catchment school and I would say you must put that on the list or you will probably end up over in Winton or Kinson as the schools round here are so oversubscribed.
