Pre-school and lunch question

My son is starting preschool this week and has the 12:15-3:15 slot. Probably a daft question, but am I right in thinking he will have been expected to have had lunch beforehand? Thinking I should ring the school to make sure.

Ah righto, that's what I thought. Blimey, ds will have to have a really early lunch.

Yep, lunch before hand.

That sort of start time is the only way they can fit 3 hrs in every day, and keep to the standard school finish time of 3 something.
