We're moving to Sutton Coldfield in the next month or so and we'll be applying for DD to start reception in September 2014. Where we move will depend on the school options so I'd really appreciate any help or advice! We've looked at league tables but there's so many seemingly good schools I don't know where to start with ofsted!
Some specific questions I have are:
- Which are the good state primaries and do you have to live on their doorsteps to stand a chance of getting in?
- Would anyone recommend St Nicholas, St Josephs and Holy Cross catholic schools? (I'm catholic and DCs are baptised). Do you know where I would find out their parish boundaries?
- Would anyone recommend the Deanery? (DH is cofe) Again do you know where you have to live for this one?
