What's happened to the GTC?

I usually get a letter demanding money, even though I haven't worked since dd1 was born 5 years ago! I can't remember if they re still going or not?

They don't exist any more so you can keep your money! Happened in a career gap for me too.

Aha, what luck! Yes, never did understand what the point of them was..except to take my money!
