NC Levels.

We moved Dd to a new school last yr. Her last report showed her NC levels, but her new school just says whether she is working at average or above average level, is this usual? She's in yr3. Current school is in England, old school was offshore.

Schools have a statutory requirement to tell parents NC levels at year 2 and year 6. No requirement at any other time. But if you want to know, the school should have records and should tell you. But you have to ask.

Thanks, that would explain why she had them on her report last year. I don't need to know, I've just read too many threads where everyone seems to know their DC's levels, so I was wondering if there was a reason why the school didn't put them on her reports.
