Which ks2 results are sent to their secondary schools?

Is it the raw rest scores? Teacher assessment or the test levels? Or all of them?!

We get the teacher assessments from the primary schools, because we ask for them (I don't think they'd be given to us otherwise) and the KS2 National Curriculum Test (SATs) results in detail (raw scores and levels) from the LA.

I've always placed more credence on the teacher assessments than the NCT results but the children's end of KS4 targets are set externally on the NCT levels.
