A thank you for appeal advice

I did put this on my other thread but wasn't sure if it would be seen there so decided to post a new one.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for all of the advice I have gained from this site about appeals. We found out yesterday we won our appeal Grin.
If it was not for the advice given to me on here (not just on my own questions but I have been reading the advice given to others too) I would have been at a loss as to how to go about this. So thank you, especially to Tiggytape and also prh47bridge, who have offered so many words of wisdom.

Grin and bumping in hope the right people see this thread.

I know we are ridiculously lucky to live in an area with too many school places and really feel for people who have to fight.

So pleased for you!

That's great. I read all of those threads too. We weren't appealing (no legitimate reason to I found from reading the threads!) but I found the advice so detailed and interesting. We got into our preferred school from the waiting list - phew!

There are some really helpful posters here.

It is a massive relief. And I feel even better now as I have just spoken to the school secretary and they are getting an induction pack ready for me to pick up on Monday, so it all feels official now Smile
