Fountain pen for a 10 year old

Hi. Could I have some recommendations please. There are so any to choose from. Don't want to spend heaps but also don't want to get a cheapo one that leaks.

My Ds has a basis Parker (plastic barrel) with cartridges that he seems very happy with. No leaks so far....
I think it cost about £15 but it is a year old now so can't quite remember. Got it in Tescos.
