You've been reading my mind. I just came on here to ask whether anybody is subscribed to the schoolrun.com and whether it is worth subscribing

Schoolrun seems expensive for what it is, considering you can do it all free from websites.
I have used several free downloads but stopped when they asked for payment.
Why do you need worksheets, is there a particular reason?
I find the little study books and puzzles to be just as effective, unless of course you are bogged down with levels.

hi i did think it seemed expensive to.
My ds is in a primary school where they dont seem to want the child to progress at their pace, having had a high achiever who wasnt allowed to work at a quick pace through years 3-6 i have decided to do a little more at home, workbooks are ok but dont tell you what is required per level which is why im looking for a site which will provide me with both.

I think most of the online companies give a free trial which might be worth looking at.
Maybe in terms of actual levels you may struggle but i know they cover all of KS2.
The only other suggestion may be work books or sites that give work for specific years, then you know that your dc will be working at the level for that school year.
My only other suggestion would be to look at the level descriptors yourself which is simpler in maths as you can add up correct scores and level is given from score. Past SATS papers are good for this but a bit dry.
I would be inclined not to bother with the levels and just work at her pace with what she enjoys.
