Wales Foundation Phase Outcomes

Hi i have googled for ages and cant seem to find anywhere the expected FPO levels from each year. can anyone help? all i know is that 5 is expected at end of year 2 but does that mean its 4 for y1 3 for reception and 2 for nursery?

Level 4 is an equivalent of national curriculum level 1, so expected in year 1
(Level 5 is NC level 2, level 6 is NC level3)

I am 99% certain level 3 is end of reception.
Not sure about nursery, but 90% sure was level 2.

Aha, found it, I knew I had been given the levels in a booklet when DS2 joined the school (now in year1).
Step Age equivalent (months)
1 18?24
2 24?30
3 30?36
4 36?48 (age 3-4 so year N)
5 48?60 (age 4-5 so year R)
6 60?72 (age 5-6 so year 1)
7 72?84 (age 6-7 so year 2)
I think these must be different to the outcomes at the end of year 2 which document defines as
