Small school trousers

Hi, anyone know of any good suppliers of uniform in small sizes? I need some 18-24m boys trousers. None of the usual school wear stockists seem to go below 3 years. Have found a couple of online companies but unsure about sizing, quality etc, so would prefer a recommendation if anyone has one, thanks Smile Smile

M&S have short versions of trousers with adjustable waists, down to 3-4 age. The waist on the 4 goes small enough for my extremely skinny nearly 4 year-old. They might be too long, but you could hem them a bit shorter.

I'd second M&S, they start from age 2-3, and you could use wonder web to take up the hem and the waists go very small on the elastic & button system.

Thanks, but even with maximum adjustment, plus nappy, size 2-3 trousers just fall off him!

Have you had a look at the M&S ones? The waists do adjust down quite a lot.

M&S have some slim fit trousers in age 2-3. That's probably as good as it's going to get, ready made. Your only other alternative is to get a local tailor/seanstress to make some for you.

Yes, I guess having some made for him would ensure a good fit! (wish I was handier with a sewing machine...)

Do they have to be actual school trousers? Im facing a similar dilema unless DS2 grows drastically before christmas when he going to school nursery.

Im planning on getting some navy or grey chino's from H&M...they do 1.2-2 and let him wear them with the school jumper and also the plain white polo shirts from there in 1.2-2 fit him as well.

Have you tried eBay? I got some school trousers for my tiny 4yo - age 3 I think(and they were too small) but they did do tiny sizes, from 1-2 iirc
