Sounds Write - what book band colours

Dos anyone know if Sounds Write books can be compared to book band colours ie the ORT or Reading Chest levels. In particular the Initial Codes at 9,10 and 11 and the Extended code books. thanks

Book bands are linked to the look & say method so don't really transfer to phonic reading schemes

Thank you for your reply Mrz youmust have a hotline to the primary education topic . Could I assume that for a reception child who knew a handful of letters at the start to finish the year starting the extended codes book would be good. (Aware there is of course is a huge variance).

Yes our reception class have just moved onto the extended code but in general the extended code would begin in Y1.
