another appeal question...

After I submit my appeal, the admissions authority also send me their reasons for not allocating ds a place, is this correct?

Can I then argue any points they make, or will it not count as I will have already submitted everything?

I am guessing they have a standard argument as such, and then add relevant information regarding the school. They wont give me exact figures on pupil numbers/breakdowns for example any more recent than January.

At appeal, you will be able to ask questions of the LA representative regarding their submitted case.

Have they not given you information about which category the last admitted pupil was in, etc.?

Yes they have, it appears we just missed out on distance.
I just wanted to check I could question anything they submit as they dont send me a copy until 7 days before, they obviously get longer to read my statement.
Do the panel see everything prior to the hearing or on the day?

The panel get everything before the hearing, as do all parties.
