DS writing any thoughts?

DS has just written the following unaided other than asking me how to spell "walk":

Chapt 1
One rainee day Stig and Barnee were walking in the rain. "ar ar ar " Stig and Barnee got bit biy a Fox.

Apparently there is more to come after lunch!! He was rather inspired by his bedtime story of late.

Lovely. Is he in reception? If so he's doing well- tricky words spelled correctly and good use of punctuation.

Thanks, yes he is in reception. He doesn't write very much at school but sometimes makes little books at home when the urge takes him. Today was one of those days :-) Feeling pfb!!!! Grin
