Help late acceptance of primary school place

I sent my acceptance letter today for my child's school place. I should have done this on the 2nd but I didn't . This is so careless of me, But im believing that since appeals is not due till 15 ,it should be ok. what should i do.

Don't worry. The place is still yours. Once you've missed the deadline the LA has to write to you again giving you another chance to respond. They cannot withdraw your place until they have sent that letter and you have still failed to respond.
