Level 4 sats papers. Does a certain % correct equate to a certain level?

Or is it not that simple? If it is that simple, is there a chart somewhere explaining it all?

Websites like this have all the previous papers - look at the level thresholds documents for how many marks you need to get each level.

The thresholds will be set later so until then teachers do not know exactly how many marks are needed for each level.

We have a rough idea based on previous year's thresholds.

essentially yes. Although some questions will be level 3, 4 or 5 an overall grade is taken from the total score.

Google threshold levels sats then the year and subject to get a table showing overall scores and associated level. Scores will be based on a total test score e.g. paper A, paper B and mental paper for maths.

They generally only give a broad level and not sub levels.

Yes it was a past paper DS completed (optional SATs) at school. I was getting myself confused searching but have found it now thanks to these replies!
