iPad apps?

DS2 has "dyslexic tendencies". He reads well (chapter books) but struggles with phonics and his spelling is poor.

He is 8.

We had the Wordshark spelling programme which was great but it doesn't work on our new Mac.

Anyone have any good engaging spelling/phonics apps/ websites for age 8 that they recommend?

Mr Thorne Does Phonics is good for phonics on ipad.
Websites - There is phonicsplay (some is free and other parts you need to subscribe for).
