We've been offered a place at Pakeman in Islington, I'm confused on what to do as I wanted to keep my son at grafton were he currently goes to nursery class. I initially panicked, but after some research it looks as Pakeman has improved, it's a good school by ofstead and it has done very well on the league tables, with expected level in English and maths at 94%.

Does anyone have any inside knowledge of this school?

My grandson was at the nursery, and my daughter wasn't that impressed. But I have heard it is doing really well recently.

Thank you crazynanna, was that recently or a few years ago? Thanks

DD moved house when he was just finishing nursery (he was 3/4yo), and so he went to a different school. He is now 81/2...so quite some years ago. I do hear it has greatly improved just in the last couple of years, though.
