State and Private Schools around of Ascot

Help, we are new to the area and wondered if anyone could suggest good state /private schools in the area? We live in Ascot.

Hi, kodi. I live near Ascot too. How old are your children? Boys? Girls?

Most schools are good. Where about are you ? State primaries are lovely & haven't visited a bad one (my job sends me to them regularly) & my kids have all gone to or finished Charters.
Private you are spoiled for choice if you have girls. Boys bit harder. Let us know what you're looking for. Lived here a while and know the local schools pretty well.

I have got friends who have sent their children to south ascot village school (savs). Some people (who have probably never even visited it) seem to bad mouth it but my friends say its great! Their children have been really happy there, it also has an outstanding nursery (foundation stage) for the 3-5's. you should check it out!
