Ds (yr4) has recently had one to one tuition at school to help with his writing skills and it seems to have made a positive difference.

I would like to continue tutoring him myself as his teacher feels that one to one from a parent would be beneficial. I'm not sure where to start. His teacher was unable to suggest any online resources.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I've been using the Galore Park Junior English books with my DD in y4. The texts to read are short, interesting and have some challenging vocabulary and there are lots of suggestions for writing activities.

Thank. I'll check them out. Smile
