Know any good resources for English comprehension?

DD is ten and starting to work towards grammar school entrance exam. Can anyone suggest good comprehension and grammar resources - 'how to teach' guides and practice papers?

We have used Bond/Athey/Secondary school portfolio/Alpha series of books and papers. They are very good have helped my DS1 gain entry in a grammar school of our choice. These papers are available at reasonal price from Amazone.
