It's a 12 certificate. It sounds like its ok for 10-11 year olds. Is it? I have to sign to say dd can watch it at school.

I would say yes, it's quite a sweet film. A bit of swearing maybe but nothing horrific.

There is a site that reviews from a parent view, it's report is here and seems to say is is suitable for about age 8-9+

That's a good site Odd, will use that in future. It's actually a really nice feel good film. Might dig it out later and watch it again.

Lovely film with one of the sweetest child actors ever whose doe eyes made me cry like a baby don't think the bad language in it is anything an 11 yr old hasn't heard before. I'd sign and also make a note to try and watch yourself one day.

oddBoots that site is great, will bookmark that for the future thanks

Thanks. Dd will be happy. They've been reading the book.
