Get them a watch and make them use it, a proper analogue one not a digital one. Have lots of clocks around the house so that you can use them in everyday situations, e.g. Your fav tv show starts at 5.30 in how many minutes time is that, or your fav show starts at 4pm, tell me when it is 4pm so I can come and switch on the tv for you etc...

The early learning watches/clocks are good that have the to and past sections.
