Book week-mufti day

For book week, my kid will have to dress up as a character of a book. The Theme is Mith and Legend and i have no idea what to do.
Any suggestions?

Something vaguely greek/roman should do it. Bedsheet as a toga and a gold/yellow cardboard crown. Can't be doing with dress up stuff.
