Hi there, have a job interview coming up for a very-much-wanted job. Just have a few days to get myself interviewtastic and wondered if any kind fellow teachers could update me on current popular initiatives/buzzwords (we know they like them!) I'm going from special to mainstream so feel a bit out of it! And I want this job! Many TIA :)

Make sure you're up on CfE and all of its parts. Plus:

The four capacities.
The seven principles.
AiFL.
Skills for learning, life and work.
Overcoming barriers to learning.
Your contribution to the wider life of the school.
Your work with colleagues.
Be able to describe your teaching style, and how you manage behaviour.
