Yellow jacket punishment for 3 days. (some reports say 3 weeks?) Father fiercely objecting. Will it make the boy a target for bullying? No easy answers I suspect

Yes, I had some doubts about it when I first heard it.

Depends if there are kids like my DS and another in his class, who both wear hi-vis yellow jackets routinely, in the school. Would not make you a target at DS's school.

This is described as a punishment coat/vest. They are said to have seperate queuse in dining hall and barred from some play areas.

The confusing thing is it has been said to be a "3 day" and "3week" discipline
