Anyone have experience of the Bounce Back "Resllience" Programme

Wondering if any other primary schools are implementing this. It's a resilience programme that allows children to "Bounce Back" after bad experiences ie. failure, not winning a prize, losing a race, being told off, teased etc. The idea is that they are taught to take responsibility, not dwell on bad times as they will pass and to be more positive and... resilient!

It originated in Australia and I am quite intrigued by it's ideals particularly in relation to dealing with bullying. Our school has just purchased the programme but no details have been communicated back to the parents yet. Be interested to hear if any other parents/teachers have come across this programme and care to share their experiences.
